Very helpful and friendly welcome which perfectly complemented the high product quality and this the far above mass produced furniture from other brands. Obviously comes at a price, but lovely to support handmade British quality pieces in the own family factory in Preston, not far from our Lancashire home. Broad pallet of fabric choice.

I posted a review on 19th April, and Sofa and Stuff asked for more information and said they would be in touch. They never got in touch. We have now had the majority of the refund back for the 2nd faulty sofa but they are with holding the compensation amount of over £600.

We were forced to post a poor review due to poor quality sofas and customer service. They are using manipulative language to reduce the amount I am due back. We have received an amount of money as a refund but are still owed over £600, which sofas and stuff are claiming has already been refunded. This amount of money was actually a compensation figure as stated in the email we will continue on to post reviews of sofas and stuff until they do make an effort to meet our needs or at least are prepared to try and make amends.

We visited the Stroud showroom and were very impressed by the welcome and subsequent service we received from Grace. She had an encyclopaedic knowledge of the sofas and gave us the time and space we needed to consider which model and fabric would work best for us. We took so long choosing that she made us tea and biscuits and even turned down the lighting so we could envisage how one fabric colour would look in a darker space, which was incredibly helpful. She did not push us for a quick sale but gave us fabric samples to take to home, allowing us time to re-measure and think about which sofa would best fit our needs. There is a real understanding here of what a complicated decision a new sofa is! Marie helped us quickly and efficiently with a few questions we had over email the next day and then we were ready to place our order. Looking forward to receiving our new sofa in the summer!

Jordan was very patient and helpful as I chose new fabric to reupholster an existing sofa. Jordan's suggestions were excellent. I ordered the fabric which arrived within a few days. Many thanks for excellent service

I’d been hunting around for a new sofa when I spotted a beautiful green velvet chesterfield in the window of Sofas & Stuff. From the moment I entered Vicky was engaging and helpful. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Vicky kept us updated with emails and timescales and could not have been more helpful. A credit to the company. The sofa was delivered by two efficient and very careful young men. The product itself…just gorgeous. The sofa is heavy and well made and everything I’d expect from a good quality furniture retailer.

We had a great experience buying a sofa from the Leamington Spa team at Sofas and Stuff. They were all very friendly, helpful, gave us so many options to consider and plenty of time to do so. They were never pushy, in fact dissuaded us from deciding too quickly without looking at sample fabrics at home. We felt really confident in our final decision and are now enjoying a beautiful and sumptuous sofa at home.

From the moment we stepped into Sofas & Stuff (Leeds) the staff went above and beyond to help us find the right settee and chair for our home. They showed us a host of alternatives, in a range of styles and fabrics and were perfectly okay with us going away and taking our time to think about what suited us. They also kept in touch through e-mail to update us on the various deals and offers we could take up. The customer service was really excellent (special mention goes to Daniela Molina who was always so willing to go the extra mile) and the delivery team were prompt and efficient.

I went into the Salisbury store to look for sofa options and Amelia was so helpful and patient and took so much time and care with helping us choose a sofa and fabrics. We were made to feel very welcome with cups of coffee and very friendly staff and it’s so nice to feel you aren’t rushed. Love the ethos of the company too and great to find a company whose sofas are made in the UK. We ended up buying a bed also!

A very friendly, attentive service. It was so lovely each time I went to the store, the staff all recognised me and were very welcoming.
Amelia was incredibly helpful and pro-active in helping me select just the right fabric in the perfect colour for my matching cushions.
Very prompt with all communications.
Delivery was organised very effectively and the two delivery people were very friendly, professional, neat and efficient.

Bought a stunning Snuggler from salisbury and when it arrived it was even better than I expected! The staff were really helpful and patient in finding the perfect fabric to compliment my curtains! The drivers were really friendly and didn't moan about getting it upstairs or through the tight door. The cats love it too!

Dave and Gabor did a great job of delivering our sofa, the fabulous team in Salisbury helped us choose our fabrics as we couldn't decide. I don't remember having a service like it. This company has a strong environmental ethos, that's what drew us to them. Also made in England. Highly recommended

We walked into Sofas and Stuff on a wet and cold Sunday afternoon and we were greeted by a very helpful Wendy in the Salisbury showroom. She was extremely helpful and helped us choose our beautiful sofas. On returning home we realised one of the fabrics wasn’t suitable for our home. A frantic call on Monday to tell my tale to the very patient Lorraine who was an absolute treasure, as she suggested different fabrics and we made our final decision. Our sofas are now pride of place in our home and we couldn’t be happier. The service we received was outstanding from stepping into the shop to the delivery men who put them in place. I can highly recommend.

I hate most sofas, I hate being sat 2 inches off the floor on a seat that feels like a giant marshmallow is trying to consume me and when I try to sit back I'm flailing like an overturned beetle. I explained this to Nicole at the Harrogate showroom and she took me straight to the Alwinton and I absolutely love it. Quality is great, it's comfy, I can get off it without a fight, ready sooner than expected and it looks amazing. Thank-you

I was met with a warm reception at the Edinburgh store and the consultant put me at ease with how the whole process worked. They were knowledgeable and really helped me choose the correct fabric from their broad range. Chuffed with my sofa.

My girlfriends uncle even asked me if I was a multi millionaire when he saw it (which I’m not) it was that classy. Would recommend.

We had a great experience at the Herriard/ Basingtoke Sofas & Stuff store. Gorgeous setting and the most thorough & helpful advice from Tracey.
